Last Saturday Ana decided to try a new recipe: fruit cupcakes! You just pick some fruits that you like (bananas, strawberries and apple), you have to mix it with flour and some water and...VOILÁ!

Ana added some honey to make it sweeter!

Hi dear friends! Ana posting! First of all, I have to thank you for all the lovely messages! I love you! You gave me hope! I know that sounds too tragic but I was very worried about Indie!


Last Saturday, I arrived home late (around 1 am), because I was at my cousin's house. And when I entered home Indie came to me with her left side of the face all swollen. That was scary! She couldn't open her eye and my mom said that she, maybe, had fallen from her bed! I took a look at her and, because she had no pain, we went to bed. Not for long! She started scratching herself all over her body (legs, neck, head). She coudn't sleep and neither could I. We stayed awake all night and, during the night, the right side of her face started to look strange too. Around 7 am, her body was covered by bumps and red spots. It was clear to me. She was having an allergic reaction because her larynx started to collapse and her breathing was vey heavy! By this point, I was very worried, she could die asphyxiated at any minute. At 10 am she was so tired that she fell asleep and so did I. When we woke up she was a little bit better and I had a quick lunch and decided to call the vet. Because it was Sunday, the vet was closed so we had to ask her to go there for an emergency appointment. Meanwhile the things got worse and Indie vomited 2 times.
When we got to the clinic, Indie was examined by the vet. She didn't like what she saw, Indie had to stay. They gave her corticoids and the reaction disappeared. However, she vomited again.

But guess what? After 2 days at the vet, some injections and lots of love, she is back home!

Indie is very tired and sleeps more than ever. She is eating well and she is playing with Rufus again! I have some SOS medication and, hopefully, I will find what caused this! Once again I want to say: THANK YOU, for your support!

Bad news!

I'm here just to tell you that Indie is not well and she is at the vet. I'll go there at the end of the day to see her and later, I'll tell you everything!

Rain and, hopefully, a walkie tomorrow!

Here is still Summer but it seems rain is back! It rained a lot and there were some funny lights in the sky! You know what I mean!

Scaaaaary! Anyway, I was sleeping, very comfortable, when Ana showed up with the camera! No privacy!

So tomorrow, Rufus' walkie, around 7 am, will depend on the rain! He is very excited because he is going to a new place with lots of space to run! I guess we will see Rufus with his jacket on!

Just like Mango!

Our pawsome friend Mango has a contest going on! You just have to find the Mango inside you, it's that easy! Both Indie and I decided to participate so Indie will be more like a Mangolina (Mango + Angelina Jolie)!
At first, I just thought it was impossible to do this because Mango there is only one and because I'm more like Dexter! But, somehow, I found my Mango side!

Grooming Tips (part 1) - Pedicure? Anyone?

Hi dear friends! Rufus here!
Do you remember the times your paws were soft and pink? Those times are far away now and, recently, I found out that my paws are very dry. So dry that the skin started to open small cracks!
When we, doggies, walk on dirt or on unregular grounds our skin gets very dry, like mine, and it needs some hydration! So Ana remebered she could use some baby oil! It's really nice and my skin is as good as a puppy!

I'm getting old!

Today was a great day for my grooming session and in the meantime Ana said to me she was curious about your grooming! So I had an idea! We could ask you to do a short video about your grooming sessions and how much do you love it (or not)! What do you think? Ana would love to see what kind of brushes do you use and how do your hoomans do it!
I will do a video too!

Trip to Belgium! And back to school!

Ana came back some days ago and she is all excited with all the pics and news but it will be a small post because she doesn't want to bother you with many trip pics!
She visited 2 countries and 6 cities: Belgium - Gent, Brussels, Bruges and Oostend; Holand - Amesterdam and Hague.

Tintin museum - Ana's notes: I loved this museum, mostly because I love comic books!!!^^

Ana's notes: I went to a japanese restaurant for the first time (big thing for me), and I had the best time!

I forgot to tell you. Doraemon went too!!! See, that blue cat? Doraemon!!!

Ana's notes: Jacques, an intruder cat, visited us every morning for his breackfast! Everytime I opened my window he would jump in and relax around the house. Doraemon, the cat, with Jacques, the cat!
